About me:
On November 26, 2022, I was involved in a UTV side-by-side accident that resulted in the loss of four fingers on my dominant hand. What followed was a challenging recovery that forced me to adapt physically, mentally, and emotionally. During that time, I began sharing my journey on TikTok as a way to stay accountable, which unexpectedly grew into a community centered on resilience, perseverance, and mindset.
That connection led to my first speaking opportunity at my former middle school. After seeing how deeply students connected with the message, I knew this work had purpose beyond my own story. Today, I speak to schools to help students understand that setbacks don’t define them, but how they respond is.
My mission is to show young people that adversity can become a turning point, not an ending. No matter what life takes from you, there is always a way forward and you can always find your Upper Hand.
